Gift Registry

As of January 1, 2012, the Sunshine Provision (also known as the Sunshine Act) states that any U.S. drug or medical device manufacturer that provides gifts or compensation to a physician or medical institution will have to report it to the government.  The reporting benchmark is any amount over $10 for any single event.  Watermark tracks all compensation provided to all KOL and healthcare professionals.  Using our proprietary gift registry, a company representative is able to record critical information on what was given, the amount, and to whom.  Because it is captured in a database, reports can be generated for any state or institution.
