Pregnancy Registry

A pregnancy registry records ongoing safety monitoring efforts by collecting data on the effect of drugs and medical devices on the fetus when possibly exposed to a product.  Uniquely complex to a pregnancy registry is the need to gather extensive follow up information on the mother, child, and from the health care providers.  This requirement often times extends for the first several years of the child’s life.  Watermark’s solution is our registry platform; EDGE.
